Each rooms is furnished to provide for the basic comfort of its guests; there is ceiling fan, writing desk, a floor fan (for additional coolness or fan-for-the-verandah), chairs, a large double bed and 24x7 back-up generator.
The rooms of Shiva’s Place restaurant & Beach Huts are very basic – but as with all beach huts, not only this expected, but also the very reason vacationers seek such places. Enough with the clinical beauty and luxury of star hotels of Goa; booking accommodation with beach huts is a different experience altogether –one that gives more pleasure and enjoyment in spite of the Spartan features and amenities. This is as close as you can get to camping; but it is much better than camping for you do not have to make your own food, and the tents/ make-shift beach huts have an attached bathroom, often air conditioning and a very comfy bed.

Policies
If a guest is giving notice earlier than 7 days before the booking date there will be no fee charged.
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 3 days from his booking there will be a 20% charge from the property
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 7 days to 3 days there will be a 10% charge from the property.
In, case of "No Show" the property will charge 20% of the booking.
The property owner will be responsible for reserving the room when accepting the booking.
