The owners of the Sea Land Coco Huts & Restaurant are very particular of the security of their guests and therefore they are always alert about who is going and coming on the premises. The restaurant is run by local but expert cooks who are friendly enough to willingly (and often without extra charges) put together a meal according to your own taste – if the fare offered is not what you wanted.

The Sea Land Coco Huts & Restaurant offers non-aircon makeshift ethnic cottages that are constructed on stilts every peak season. The place is beautiful and very inviting and the fact that the Sea Land Coco Huts & Restaurant is located right on the beach is a huge added advantage.
The rooms come with the most basic amenities that are required to make the guests stay comfortable and viable. Each room has its own verandah where you can put chairs and enjoy the morning or evening seas breeze over a cup of coffee or glass of beer. The Sea Land Coco Huts & Restaurant offers a comfortable bed, wardrobe, dressing table (mirror), ensuite bathroom with hot/ cold water, coffee maker, and a very beautiful and priceless mosquito net.

Policies
If a guest is giving notice earlier than 7 days before the booking date there will be no fee charged.
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 3 days from his booking there will be a 20% charge from the property
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 7 days to 3 days there will be a 10% charge from the property.
In, case of "No Show" the property will charge 20% of the booking.
The property owner will be responsible for reserving the room when accepting the booking.
