These beach huts are make-shift accommodations build on stilts on the beach or very close to it. It has individual cottages - a few double storied - and its own multi-cuisine restaurant that specializes in Goan cuisine with special emphasis on seafood. If a guest is giving notice earlier than 7 days before the booking date there will be no fee charged.
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 3 days from his booking there will be a 20% charge from the property
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 7 days to 3 days there will be a 10% charge from the property.
In, case of "No Show" the property will charge 20% of the booking.
The property owner will be responsible for reserving the room when accepting the booking.
