The ventilation and sea breeze provide sufficient coolness indoors.The beach huts are placed such that it gives each occupant a superb view of the beach and Arabian Sea.Among the amenities available in the rooms of Om Shanti Patnem Beach Huts are large and comfortable bed, dressing table with mirror, ensuite bathroom with hot/cold shower, Mosquito net, ceiling fan and writing desk.

Policies
If a guest is giving notice earlier than 7 days before the booking date there will be no fee charged.
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 3 days from his booking there will be a 20% charge from the property
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 7 days to 3 days there will be a 10% charge from the property.
In, case of "No Show" the property will charge 20% of the booking.
The property owner will be responsible for reserving the room when accepting the booking.
