• If a guest is giving notice earlier than 7 days before the booking date there will be no fee charged.

• If a guest cancelled his reservation within 3 days from his booking there will be a 20% charge from the property

• If a guest cancelled his reservation within 7 days to 3 days there will be a 10% charge from the property.

• In, case of "No Show" the property will charge 20% of the booking.

• The property owner will be responsible for reserving the room when accepting the booking.
