Running into their 14th year, the Casa Fiesta Beach Huts offers basic accommodation, very well put together. This is simply paradise for budget travelers as well as those who like something out-of-the-usual accommodation. There is quality offered here and you can see that even before you have check in.Its located on the Patnem beach just one km away from the famous palolem beach.They have two categories of wherein the Bungalows are just one minute walk from the beach and also beach huts which are located right on the beach.

Among the amenities you will find here are bike and car rental services, bar and restaurant, room service, laundry service, assistance with sight-seeing trips, organize picnic trip to Butterfly Island and to and fro transfer to railway station or airport (surcharged). At Casa Fiesta Beach Huts you also have doctor-on-call, safety lockers with the reception, assisting with travel arrangements, and organizing boat trips and water sports.

There are 17 beach cottages and bungalows here and the place is a delight to the eye, mind and pocket. You will have Casa Fiesta Beach Huts from the moment you see them for they spell comfort and coziness. As you go into your cottage you will find that it is quite basic – but it is clean, it is esthetically furnished and it has all the comforts you would need in a beach hut.In fact, just being there in this next-to-tent accommodation makes you feel like you are in some movie-type adventure holiday. Each one of the Casa Fiesta Bungalows which are one minute walk to the beach has their own superb verandah and garden. The rooms are non-air conditioned, have attached bathrooms with 24 hours hot and cold water shower,mosquito nets,towels provided,wardrobe and a mini bar at Casa Fiesta Beach shack.Casa Fiesta also has Triple bed bungalows & beach cottages which can accommodate three adults.Bungalows are mostly Non sea facing whereas the beach cottages are beach facing.

They are set in a quiet spot and he greenery around along with the facilities offered by the cottages give you a feeling of being out at a picnic. Policies
If a guest is giving notice earlier than 7 days before the booking date there will be no fee charged.
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 3 days from his booking there will be a 20% charge from the property
If a guest cancelled his reservation within 7 days to 3 days there will be a 10% charge from the property.
In, case of "No Show" the property will charge 20% of the booking.
The property owner will be responsible for reserving the room when accepting the booking.
