| Good Points: | Goan hospitality to the hilt; all inclusive package offered exceptional food; superb stretch of white sand beach |
| Bad Points: | Tariff is on the high side; could find better deals for this kind of money |
Could not mark anything bad because room, beach, food, service ALL were GOOD. We had all inclusive package and were wary about buffet food – bt had nothing to worry about because the food served surpassed in taste anything I had before. SUPER PLACE!!!!

On a a scale of 10, I award Park Hyatt 20 marks for everything. Nothing went wrong because the staff ensured that we were taken care of in a most personalized manner. Heady feeling to be fawned upon like this. Worth the money; every penny of it.

"COULD AND SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER"
| Date of Stay: | August 2010 |
| I am from: | Udaipur, India |
| Trip Style: | Group of friends |
| Good Points: | 45 acres of sheer beauty and luxury; green lawns; super beach |
| Bad Points: | room service slow; non-alcoholic beverages take forever to serve |
If you want a hotel that would spoil you silly and charge you an arm and a leg for it – this is the place you want to be. Food, rooms, entertainment, staff, property – everything here is superlative. The best. The price is accordingly the highest (maybe). Not for anyone who goes on budget. But if you have plenty of Vitamin M, and do not mind spending it, Park Hyatt is the best thing that could happen to you.

| Good Points: | Luxury reinvented; amazing food at all restaurants; stunning setting in the evening by the pool; faultless rooms |
| Bad Points: | found none |
Huge place so it would be good if you ensure that you get your room closest to the pool. The lobster served left us want for more and more. The best in the hotel is without doubt the spa. The treatment is unparalleled and when set outdoors, it is irresistible.
Anyone in south Goa go for it!!

| I am from: | Arua, Uganda |
| Trip Style: | Family & Kids |
| Good Points: | Superb for kids; trained staff to take care of young children; yoga trainer is WOW; staff trained well |
| Bad Points: | NIL |
Top notch hotel in my opinion. Meticulously maintained gardens. Friendly staff. Superb food. Expensive when it comes to drinks and food, but worth it. Indian food not so good. Must have the grilled fish at the Palms restaurant. My 7 years son was taught fishing by the boys on the beach and for three days consecutively, he caught fish which the hotel cook agreed to fry for us for no charge. For kids this is the paradise. Seeign children having so much fun was worth it.
Superb time.

| Date of Stay: | September 2010 |
| I am from: | Lucknow, India |
| Trip Style: | Group of friends |
| Good Points: | Staff are friendly and efficient; rooms huge; pool with slides beautiful; yoga trainer good |
| Bad Points: | Too expensive, hopeless service |
Hopeless service. Not expected from a Hyatt hotel. Rooms were lovely but housekeeping poor. TV not working, when it was working there was no program. Ceilign fans full of dust. Very surprising in a hotel that charges so much per night.
Food, particualry the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Generally food is very expensive. So are the drinks. Staff were excellent.
Overall not a great experience.

"GOOD STAY!"
| Date of Stay: | September 2010 |
| I am from: | Verona, Italy |
| Trip Style: | Romantic/Honeymoon |
| Good Points: | Best is you book an all inclusive deal (meal included) |
| Bad Points: | Charging for wifi huge; food for groups is not upto the standard; waiters in the restaurant are not properly trained to take orders and serve |
Lovely rooms, soft mattresses and superb attention from the staff. The private beach is a definite plus point. Hotel provided bikes for the children to tour the property. I only expected that wifi should have complimentary.
Pizzas were good; Goan food was good; breakfast not to great. Prices in the Italian restaurant too high.
Too much thrash around the hotel. As a 5 star property the hotel should see that the surroundings are clean.
Overall a good stay.

"Definitely expected more than it offers"
| Date of Stay: | August 2010 |
| I am from: | Hydeabad, India |
| Trip Style: | Leisure |
| Good Points: | Huge but compact property; superb food; large rooms |
| Bad Points: | Too expensive; you have to pay for the net |
Loved the private beach with no peddlers or hawkers. Highly recommend the spa even if it is very expensive by Indian standards. Also recommend the breakfast buffet. Rooms are nice but too great. Food is expensive; about Rs.600 a burger. Not worth it. Best swimming pool ever.

"GREAT PLACE - BUT NOT UPTO THE MARK SERVICE"
| Date of Stay: | June 2010 |
| I am from: | Memphis, USA |
| Trip Style: | Family & Kids |
| Good Points: | Superb property |
| Bad Points: | Room service hopeless, bad preparation of food, keys de-magnetized often creating a lot of trouble; charges Rs.1000/ day for Internet, which is a rip off |
We were here during the low season and maybe that is why the hotel was ill equipped to cope up with guests. However, the fact that the staff were not able to follow simplest instructiocs was very frustrating. Food was a nightmare as we never knew what the waiter would bring to us in the end; which was never what we asked. There were phenomenal variations, which completely spoiled the dish.
The keys kept getting de-magentised and we had to keep asking the front desk to help us open the door. Since our room was the farthest from the reception, this became a very cumbersome and teeth-grinding daily 2-3 times exercise.
Room service is another nightmare. We never got hot coffee. Evertyme we asked for it, for the whole 7 days, it was COLD.
Not 5-star level definitely. Nothing to rave about.

"I WANT MORE !!!!!"
| Date of Stay: | April 2010 |
| I am from: | Wuhan, China |
| Trip Style: | Family & Kids |
| Good Points: | Well designed hotel; beach side is phenomenal; property is stupendously beautiful |
| Bad Points: | Very expensive; drinks not mixed very well |
Travelled with my family of 4 and found the hotel highly hospitable. The kids loved it and this holiday to India has been one of our best.
Food is definitely gourmet but hugely expensive. Awesome food; loved the Indian breakfast buffet, oven pizzas, vegetarian Goan curries. The mocktails on the other hand were a disaster. Ordered for a Virgin Margarita and Mojito and both were awful. The cost of food outside is about one fifth of what they charge inside. Superb spa overlooking the garden. The payground has ample things for 3+ kids and the staff are good and trained well.
There are two slides in the pool, which is super huge and an open air Jacuzzi. Simply superb. Phenomenal.
Left us wanting more!!!

| Bad Points: | I don’t see there are any |
Loved the Italian cuisine at the Da Luigi. Loved the Arosim beach, which is amazingly fresh and unspoiled even if it is so close to the Panjim city. The pools are huge, which is good because I hate crowds while swimming.
Appreciated the children’s sitters who were well trained and kept the children happy and engaged at the ‘Camp Hyatt’ playground. Remember to sample Goan delicacies at the Casa Sarita.

Staff at the hotel were outstanding. They spoiled us with overwhelming attention and care. We loved the gala dinners and the super luxurious ambiance. The sunken baths and outdoor showers are some experience. The best we loved is that they provide an electric cart if you want to move around the property and cannot or do not want to walk.
Super time!!
