"Highly Overpriced for the Service Provided!"

| Good Points: | Location |
| Bad Points: | Rooms smelling, bathrooms leaking, rooms small, food terrible, forgot to send vehicle to pick up, buffet poor, pool sides dirty |
Reserved two rooms online for 5 days/ 6 nights for INR7000 per night and we were looking for a wonderful time as we heard a lot about Goa and its beaches and hospitality.
Were fully disappointed. The rooms were small, bathrooms dirty and broken, there was a smell that cannot be described or removed from the room. Wardrobes were musty and smelled of chemicals.
It was a complete disaster and we left within hours. Don’t trust advertisements about this place. Hopeless!!

"Superb Holiday, Lovely Hotel!!"

| Good Points: | Location is superb, beach is close, breakfast is good, own casino and discotheque, wonderful staff |
| Bad Points: | Service is very slow, pasta is horrible, rooms need maintainance, food was not so good |
Our booking was done through agent and we found the place just as described to us. The property is good, but rooms definitely need maintenance. Our room has a horrible smell, which was made worse by the staff who emptied a full canister of room freshner in it to mask the smell.
Other than that the room was okay – it had an LCD TV, a well stocked mini bar and the bed was soft and inviting.
The breakfast and dinner which were included in the tariff were not what we expected. Ended up eating at the La Shack; La Shack food just outside the hotel, on the beach is just amazing and saved us from a lot of trouble.
The staff were all cool and always there to cope with any request. No complaints there. There was a nice kind of tile in the bathroom that did not retain any sand – which we brought in plenty every day.
We had a superb holiday inspite of the troubles!
