"Good place; Would do with some improvements!"
| Date of Stay: | November 2009 |
| I am from: | New Delhi, India |
| Trip Style: | Group of friends |
| Good Points: | Food is good, staff is very attentive, beds are soft and clean |
| Bad Points: | Pools closes by 7 pm, corridors that lead to rooms smell terrible, quite away from the main road; they charge for the Net which was advertised to be free |
We had a 5 day vacation and were looking forward to a whale of a time. I want two things from Goa – seafood and water. The hotel is new so overall it is clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the corridors were smelling of a something that I could not put my finger on, but it was very unpleasant.
The rooms are comfortable and the food is good. Hence, on both accounts we were happy. Staff were not too professional but at all times were friendly helpful and well meaning. Pool and the pool bar were refreshing and very good. For the overall package – stay and food deal – the place is good.
With a little improvement here and there, this hotel could be superb.

"EXCELLENT ON ALL ASPECTS!!!"
| Date of Stay: | February 2010 |
| I am from: | Newcastle, UK |
| Trip Style: | Group of friends |
| Good Points: | Restaurant and bar excellent, spa with gym and Jacuzzi attached is another great plus, rooms are spacious |
| Bad Points: | Beach not to great, they charged for the wifi use, overcharged on laundry |
This hotel just opened in December 2009. This means it is new and clean; it also means that there are always some teething problems. The staff were superb and always quick to respond to any complaint.
The beach was terrible. We preferred to visit other beaches and loved the Aswen Beach the best – thanks to the taxi driver – Francis - who recommended it. He also recommended two lovely restaurants in and nearby Candolim. One was Le Bistro and the other was Aguada. Both served superb food and we ate quite a few times there.
The hotel was beautiful and clean and welcoming!! Excellent on all aspects!!

| Good Points: | Good complimentary breakfast spread, good pool; clean place; good food; superb hospitality |
| Bad Points: | Swimming pool too shallow fro swimmers |
Found the place L O V E L Y. The spa was good and refreshing, loved the pool though I missed taking a swim since it was too shallow. Since the hotel is new, everything is clean and great looking. It smells great too.
While eating outside, we came across two lovely places – Riviera and the Lemon Tree. We loved both!
Overall a fabulous place and we had a super gala time.
