"Not What It Says It Is!!"
| Date of Stay: | October 2010 |
| I am from: | Manchester, UK |
| Trip Style: | Romantic/Honeymoon |
| Good Points: | Cheap, close to the beach |
| Bad Points: | No kitchenette, beach is polluted with the degradation from a stuck-in-sand ship; drunk Russians make noise whole night long; food terrible; kitchen unhygienic |
I spent 9 nights at this place and I did not have even ONE night good sleep. Maybe it was our bad luck that we had to share the property with a bunch of totally ill mannered Russians whose sole aim of the vacation seemed to be getting drunk and creating nuisance of themselves. I did expect the management to tell them off since other guests were getting disturbed. There were no security personnel available at night – surprisingly they retire for the night instead of keeping guard to see that all the inmates are safe!!
Another very annoying thing was the fact that there was no kitchenette. We specifically booked a place that had self-catering facilities for my wife cannot exclusively eat from restaurants over long period. Our suite however, offered for the kitchenette only a marble slab with a dishwashing basin attached and nothing else. No hot plate and gas stove. On complaining we were told that the management had removed the system long back… yet they conveniently forgot to mention it on the web.
The beach is good, but you cannot swim at sea for the water currents are very strong and can pull you in and because there is a stranded ship about 50 meters from the shore which is literally falling apart in the water.
To add to your woes, you have petty sellers who keep popping up every minute offering you something or other to buy. Beggars too come sometimes to join the melee.
We felt this place was a mistake!!

"5 TIMES AND I AM COMING BACK AGAIN!!!"
| Date of Stay: | August 2010 |
| I am from: | London, UK |
| Trip Style: | Romantic/Honeymoon |
| Good Points: | Budget accommodation, clean, always good service, friendly people, good food |
| Bad Points: | The road leading to the hotel is a little obscure and dark in the night |
It is better than any budget hotel I have been. The hotel is very clean, the people are very friendly and the rooms are all you need for a simple yet very comfortable stay. There is aircon, TV, mini refrigerator, and ceiling fan. They also serve complimentary breakfast.
I need to mention here some great guys who went out of their way to see that my wife and I are comfortable – Bapie, Alan, and Frank. Alan was wonderful with all the advice and acted like a superb bartender always lending an ear to the woes of his customers. The place would not be what it is but for him.
I did like the place very much and I will keep coming back for more here. Superb place!!
