This is not a 3 star. Its a rag of a place with unclean toilets, cobwebs in the room. A stinking smell in the stairway. Corridors narrow, dark and dirty. The place resembles a drug den. Rooms need maintanance. Staff a joke in hospatality industry. Never, never visit with family!!!

Was sad with the rooms that was very simple. No extrabed for children; they had to sleep on floor on dirty mattress. We paid for 2 adults and 2 children but not happy with arrangements.
Housekeeping poor; the hygiene is poor all over. For 3 star this hotel is too expensive.
Did not like it; stayed only because they give no refund on online booking. Said last minute cancelation means no refund.
Not recommend this place.

Stayed in two superior rooms at Silver Sands and we liked what we saw. The location is its best asset for it is right on Colva beach. We ate superb steak at Caje and other great food at Mickeys, Graciano Cottages which are stunningly cheap. Food and drinks as much as you down would never cross some £5 per head. WOW!! We also had vodkas served on the beach and the bill presented was £1.60 for both!! Jaw-dropping cheap prices.
My daughter was very impressed with Ganesh who always greeted her with a smile and suggestion for enjoying Goa best.
Had plenty of fun at the pool as my daughter does not like sand (on the beach) too much. The pool is inviting, clean and well located in the middle of the property.
Breakfast was quite basic, but taste was good. We had hot water in the room, which surprisingly was welcome even though it was hot outside.
Three star? This place is much more than that and we did enjoy our stay very much.
