"Relaxing and Friendly!!"
| Date of Stay: | November 2010 |
| I am from: | London, UK |
| Trip Style: | Leisure |
| Good Points: | Cozy place, staff friendly, well furnished rooms, good restaurant, beautiful (and very quiet) beach, outside the tourist trap zone, own kitchen attached |
| Bad Points: | Nothing bad about this place |
Been here three times already and I cant resist coming back. The Seaview resort is small comparatively. However, the warmth of the people does not allow you to forget them. Run by a family, this is a place that you can immediate make your home away from home.
Within minutes from the hustle and bustle of Palolem – the darling beach of the tourists who visit South Goa – Patnem has everything you would like in a beach, i.e. beautiful golden sand, lovely beach shacks to cater to your palate, and superb hospitality. The rooms are large and airy and have their own balcony.
The housekeeping is very efficient, and therefore the hotel looks like it is shinning. This place is ideal for people who want a breather and enjoy quiet and solitude. Just five minutes away drive can take you to Palolem beach – the top attraction in South Goa.
We had food here and found it so-so. Better have food at the shacks, which serve you best cuisine at half or less the price hotels do.
Enjoyed our stay – thanks to the lovely owners and their team!! Definitely recommend it.

| Good Points: | Excellent hosts (run by a family), private place, beautiful and quiet beach, great food |
| Bad Points: | Nothing I can remember |
We had been at this hotel for a family reunion cum vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a superb time all the way, every day of the 10 days we stayed there.
A warm thank you to Eddy and his parents for making our stay so cozy and memorable. A special word about the food which is great; try also the food you find at the shacks around Palolem which is a little away from Patnem beach – for a full experience.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The cost is just reasonable enough and the hospitality superb. We had lots of fun and are carrying back wonderful memories of Goa thanks to Eddy and mom and dad. Thanks mate! We will definitely make our way back again in a couple of years.
Cheers!!

This is a place run by a family and this is why the comfort is numero one. The place is classy yet very welcoming. I specially loved the food and the company of Eddy (the son of the owner family). Good location and good hotel.
For the price, the comfort is high. You get value for money and go back with good memories.
