All rooms are air-conditioned and have satellite TV, mini-bar, and refrigerator, attached bathroom with 24x7 hot/cold water with shower and bathtub, and telephone. All rooms offer excellent view of the swimming pool.
Location
Located in Gauro Waddo (Calangute) the Royal Park Beach Resort, Goa is within walking distance from the famous and exotic Calangute beach, only about 1 km from Candolim and Sequrim Beaches, and about 2 kms from the water-sports famous Baga beach. In close proximity and worthy of seeing is the Fort Aguada on your way to Candolim beach.
You can reach this wonderful Goa luxury resort from Goa Dabolim Airport in about an hour. It is about 15 km away from the Thivim India Railway station and about 17 km from the Panjim/Panaji (Capital City of Goa) bus station.
Panjim/Panaji is about half-an-hour away where you could visit the famous Chuch of Bom Jesus where the earthly remains of St Francis are still kept for view in Old Goa.

Dont even think of staying at this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
don't look at the pictures and think of staying there, it doesn't look the way it is This is the worst resort in the whole world and the management is very bad the rooms are stinky and no hot water, torn bed sheets, stains on the pillow covers, fungus on the pillows, bad smell, mosquitoes in the room and most expensive food and drinks they call the resort 4 star and the service is not better than a lodge which charges RS.200 to 300 where lorry drivers stay.
SO THINK AND VISIT THIS RESORT AND DONT PAY UNTILL YOU SEE THE RESORT AND THE ROOMS YOUR SELF
THAT WAS THE MISTAKE WE DID WE JUST SAW ONLINE AND BOOKED PAID RS.6000 VIA DEPOSIT AND RS.7500 ON ARRIVAL, WE WERE LUCKY AS MY WIFE DINT LIKE THE ROOMS WHEN WE REACHED THERE SHE INSISTED AND GOT TO STAY FOR THE NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING WE LEFT AND SAVED RS.7500.
SO DONT GET CHEATED WITH THIS RESORT, THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

Not one good thing I can say about this place; not one. We reserved 5 days at the suite rooms; stayed only two for the torture was unbearable. Showers heads were broken, bathrooms dirty, they do not change bedsheets every day. For bathroom toilery they throw in a min soap bar and nothing else; no towels even. The air conditioner must be 25 years old or even more. Stops more than works and make noise that can make a tractor sound like cat purr.
Room service people enter the room without permission even when guests are in; very surprising and disgusting this thing.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!
