Good Points: Great rooms, lovely bathrooms, superb swimming pool
Bad Points: No hot water, receptionists are untrained and unfriendly, too close to fishermen village where fish is dried on the road – smelly
Comment:

Loved the place. The rooms are large and very comfortable; the bathrooms are superb. The largest bathrooms I have seen outside the 5-star hotels of Goa. Unfortunately out of the three days we stayed here we got hot water on only one instance.

Breakfast is not bad – they offer choice of continental, Indian and South Indian. Food overall is not that great.

The staff are a friendly lot, but need more training. The receptionists should definitely be fired. Not only they have no answers for any questions for information, they are also very rude while talking to guests.

The beach is very dirty and the fish smell from the fishermen village does not improve the situation. You cannot enjoy the beach at all. In contrast, the swimming pool is large and very well maintained. They serve cocktails by the pool and this is indeed fun.

We loved the hotel. Of course, our stay would have been even better if the receptionist and manager would have more polite and customer oriented.

Good Place!!

Good Points: Nice swimming pool, rooms are good but dirty
Bad Points: Impolite and rude staff, terrible service, terrible manager, terrible food – especially breakfast, very dirty and neglected
Comment:

This is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. This is a place which I think is sabotaged to close down. The hotel is dirty and begs for maintenance. The rooms are full of cobwebs. The generator never works and during power cuts you are plunged into darkness at night. The Manager is grouch who does not how to talk to customers; I have never see a more negative person than this man.

Breakfast is a horror. Food is horror. Nobody is there to listen to your complaints, forget about doing something about it. Everybody is on his own ego trip.

I would not recommend this place even to my enemies. Terrible management; terrible hotel. As I said earlier, since this is so unlike Goa hotels, I guess that the present management is planning to close the place down by totally sabotaging it in this manner.

BEST AVOIDED!!

Good Points: Good property, great swimming pool, comfortable rooms
Bad Points: Terrible manager (and this is an understatement), very poor management, poor service, shocking customer PR, bad location
Comment:

Colva is a great place in Goa and we expected that this hotel be as great as it is shown in the pictures on the Net. The hotel, to be fair, is beautiful. All else is not. Especially the Manager, Mandar – who is the most negative and insolent human being we have ever met. What is shocking is that Goan people are basically extremely warm and nice people and guest relations and hospitality is almost a second nature here. To find such negative and offensive behavior from a hotel manager is indeed shocking.

The location smells of fish 24 hours and the service is pathetic in the hotel. Anything you need would take at least one hour to get a response.

The overall look of the hotel is that of neglect – and no surprises, here!!

Anyway, you should go tothis hotel if only to know what you should NEVER have in a good holiday accommodation. NEVER will I ever go to this place. And the management would do themselves a favor if they replace their monstrous manager, Mandar.

YUK!!! NO VALUE AT ALL!! I WOULD PAY NOT TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!
