Conclusion
This is a luxury star hotel, which offers everything a 5-star property would, yet its charges are still reasonable. However, it is not the superb rooms that would drag you back for more but the unmatched hospitality and warmth that the staff showers on its guests to ensure that they are not only comfortable but delighted throughout their stay.

The Nazri Resort is placed in superb location. Loved it from the minute I saw it. The rooms are a little smaller than I would have liked, but they are clean and very tastefully furnished. The swimming pool is one of the best features of the hotel.
The lunch and dinner are offered as buffet and are good. The preparation is excellent whatever you eat here and the price is okay.
What I did not like and definitely changed my mind from coming here again is the behavior of the manager. He was pompous and rude to all guests. In one instance he screamed at the top of his voice at a guest who dived into the pool saying that diving is not allowed and instructed the pool attendant to throw him out. That is no way to talk to a guest!! Not in any hotel – least of all in Goa which is considered the world over an example for hospitality. Another time he screamed at another guest to close the balcony door because the air conditioners compressor will get spoiled. I was shocked by such behavior – and in spite of me loving very much the resort I decided I would not come back again to this hotel.
The name of the manager is Shane Lobo – and if the top management/ proprietor is reading this, they should fire this chap for in his ardor to save the hotel, he is chasing away the guests!! I am not coming back because I saw his behavior; I am sure the guests at whom he shouted would not come back either!!

This is indeed a 3-star hotel that offers all amenities of a 5-star hotel. The suite is amazing – we had booked a suite and a standard room – and both were more than we expected. The illumination, décor, and amenities were perfect. Comfortable beds, two television sets in the suite, air conditioning, superb balcony, min bar – the works. What we liked a lot is that the bathroom had a tub and a complete toiletry kit that contained everything one would need for the whole week. :D
Swimming pool was as good as the rest of place and we spent many happy hours with the children in and around it. The breakfast was somewhat limited in menu – but whatever they offered was superbly cooked. For lunch we had two options – a la carte and buffet. We tried both and found both great. The buffet – like the breakfast – does not offer too much choice but whatever it does offer it is prepared to perfection. We recommend the prawn curry, and fish cooked in coconut gravy – out of this world!!
As a goodwill gesture, the resort offers passes to Titos and Mambo – great places to dance through the night and have non-stop fun.
Location is just about 10 min walk away from Baga and about 10 minutes drive to Calangute. All other beaches are accessible within less than half an hour.
I tell you, this place is a dream!! WE HAD A GREAT TIME HERE AND WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

We wanted to have a short break and we decided to just go to Goa for a few days. Booked online and we were on the road within 2 days with minimum planning. We were a little worried on whether we found the right place or not, but we thought that if we did not like it we would search again. Since this was a short vacation, we travelled light so looking would not have been a problem. But we loved the Nazri Resort immediately.
This is a 4-star hotel and it surely felt like it. We liked the rooms and the amenities. What we did not like is the monotony of the breakfast and the behavior of the staff. The one thing we love about Goa is the friendly attitude of all people here. Seeing the staff almost glassy eyed was a surprise and a downer.
The food is good but too expensive. You can get better food at almost half the price from nearby restaurants – which we did. Even Brittos charge less. So do not get stuck in the hotel – get out and be adventurous.
Overall it left a good impression and we would definitely come again to this hotel. Hopefully the few negative points mentioned here would not be there by then!!

Close to all my favorite beaches, this Villa is a dream come true. I thank my agent a thousand times for having booked me in this place. Too cool! Everything was just as I liked it. Large rooms, French windows, amazing view, a maid on call and exceptionally tasty food.
My vacation has been a great success because I stayed at this wonderful place. I had been earlier to Goa and stayed at 3-star and 4-star hotels. I loved the hotels too, but this is one superb place to stay.
