We had to stay at this hotel for two days as a make shift arrangements with another hotel because they mixed up some booking dates. We were apprehensive about the change for this was to be a budget hotel and we know that such hotels are usually quite shabby. But since there was no alternative in hand – and we did not know any other hotel we agreed to stay here for one night and two days.
We were pleasantly surprised with the interiors of our rooms – clean, adequate and comfortable. In fact, we slept very well that night. We had to kill two days and here the swimming pool played a major role – we lazed around the swimming pool and sunbathed and generally had lots of fun.
In the night we caught up with friends on the high-speed Net – which is complimentary!
Happy to have discovered this hotel. We will surely check it up when we come again to Goa. REAL GOOD VALUE FOR YORU MONEY!!

"Totally Disappointing Place!!"

I checked in here because the driver recommended it as a budget near the airport hotel. I found it too basic to stay though I think for the tariff it charges you cannot expect too much.
The staff almost made up for the lacunas with their cheerful disposition and exceptionally friendly attitude. My friends warned me that staff would mostly be obliging because they expect to be tipped handsomely by non-Indian guests, but I did not get that impression. On this matter, this hotel gets full marks. The staff are great!
At the same time, I found my stay here very disappointing for I expected much more from a budget hotel. No - I would not come back here if I had half the choice.

This is a small hotel very close to the airport. It makes lot of sense to check in here when you have an early morning flight the next day. After a wonderful holiday session in Candolim, we checked in here for a day just so we could be close to the airport. Our flight was scheduled at 5.40 AM.
The rooms are very basic but acceptable for two reasons, i.e. low cost and they are clean. This is why we did not complain too much about the very basic furnishing – after all we had to stay only one day. The swimming pool added the right touch to this budget hotel. There is a very nice bar lounge where we enjoyed the evening thoroughly.
The food is good and you have to try their mixed seafood platter with your drinks. We had ordered Chinese which was just okay – but then in Goa food is a little weird so we did not think much about it. They provide complimentary breakfast, which is okay. And surprise!! They have free wireless Internet!!
The staff are a friendly lot and we have made some good friends even if we spent only one day in this hotel.
I would say this is a good place if you want to have a base to go around Goa – for it has everything you would need and at a very affordable cost. Plus – it is just a few minutes from the airport.
Would come back if in the vicinity, of course.
