We were alloted this hotel from club mahindra as their Varca hotel was full. this hotel spoiled our holiday. As soon as we checked in we were given a room which was smelly and ceilings and bathroom had full seepage. luckily for us another room was free and we desired to shift into that one immidiately. that night we were unable to sleep thanks to the bed bugs. my son was bitten on his back very badly. i even managed to kill one. we complained the next day and shifted into another room which was on the ground floor and opens right intop reception lobby.so 2nd night no bed bugs,or seepage but terrible noise pollution...so good bye to sleep.other than that the beach is 4 kms away and u have to take a taxi as no autos are available... food is very spicy so you have to order a la carte and prefer not to take the buffet.over all a very bad experiance and felt that the air ticket money went down the drain.

We have come for the first time to Goa. Our reservations were made online by our travel agent and we had an all inclusive December package.
We were told many stories about lack of hygiene and mismatch between what you see on the Net and what you get. With Jasmine thought everything was just excellent. The place is clean and the location very apt – just 10 minutes walk from beach. We had interconnecting rooms so could monitor the children without any difficulty.
The Green Bamboo restaurant has won our hearts completely. Henry – the owner of this holiday resort – is a wonderful person and after befriending him we decided that we would come again; this time with my parents when they would celebrate their 40th anniversary.
Food was good at the hotel. Special thanks to the Chef, Mr Sanjay. We also sampled some at the Martin’s Corner, which is superb and unbelievably cheap. We loved Little Palm Beach shack very much as well.
There is nothing not to like in Jasmine hotel. I am in love with India and Goa – all for this wonderful time we had at this holiday resort.
