"Great Hotel – for foreigners!"
| Date of Stay: | February 2010 |
| I am from: | Mumbai, India |
| Trip Style: | Leisure |
| Good Points: | Location, buffet breakfast (free), helpful staff |
| Bad Points: | Cleaning is big problem, hospitality concentrated on; does not provide free bottled water unless you ask for it |
The hotel is superb; I cannot find fault with it. The rooms are great, clean spacious and well maintained. I have stayed at many 3-star hotels in Goa and found this as a very comfortable one.
The beach is very close, true but there is nothing much happening here. If you want fun, you go to the Baga beach where you have water sports and all the fun. The solitude of this beach is best for honeymooners; but if you are out for fun it is dull.
The hotel organized entertainment nights every day around the pool which becomes an open-air restaurant.
However, the service is terrible. The staff are good and helpful but they are always chasing and serving the foreigners. The Indian tourists take a poor second place when they need service. Everything would have been superb for us had it not been for the realization that the hotel management and staff are heavily biased towards their foreigner guests.
Would not go back – even though the hotel is a good property.

"A Fantastic Experience of Goa Hospitality!!"
| Date of Stay: | July 2010 |
| I am from: | Southampton, UK |
| Trip Style: | Leisure |
| Good Points: | The staff are awesome, awesome food, good location, great evening entertainment, |
| Bad Points: | Very noisy aircon, standard size rooms have problems, not the higher end ones |
We have come for the first time to Goa and were looking for a great time, which we most definitely had. The location is such that you just have to cross the road and you are on the beach. The rooms are okay in size, clean and comfortable. The exception is the irritating noise that the aircon kept making throughout our stay. It seems that upgraded rooms do not have this problem, though.
The food is heavenly. We had BBQ seafood every other evening by the pool – simple heavenly. The chef was always ready to tweak the food to suit our taste to perfection. This was very touching.
I found nothing wanting at this place. Was most impressed with the staff who learn your name and always make it a point to greet you wherever they see you. The staff are always ready to help, genuinely friendly and helpful.
Real great experience of Goa! Memorable holiday!!

| Good Points: | Superb location, comfortable rooms, good huge pool, great food, bar attached to pool superb |
| Bad Points: | Basic gym, wifi is charged |
We booked the Goan Heritage online after reading the lovely reviews this hotel drew in and were not disappointed. Found the rooms superb, clean, spacious, well maintained and smelling good. Have to say that the food here is fingerliking good. Rooms have bars and room service is good.
The location of the restaurant is super sexy as it overlooks the sea and gives you a rich and luxuriant feeling. The waiter are well trained and ever attentive. You can spend days having beer, eating seasfood and watching the sea from here.
Check out the Wednesday Ajuna Flea Market when you are here; very interesting though things are not exactly fleamarket priced.
Love my stay as the staff went out of the day to pamper us and make us feel like royaly.
Definitely coming back.
