Comment:
If you are planning to stay a few days, this place is great. Just the fact that you can see dolphins every day morning (8-10am) and before sunset (4-6pm) can be enough reward.
The location is suberb and so is the poolside. The rest of the hotel kind of asks for immediate renovation, which I think the new management is doing.
Service is almost non-existent which is surprising in Goa as this is the place for tourists. Food is good, real good.
Gr8 hotel is you are here for a short goa holiday; if you are planning lonf term better look elsewhere.
