"Loved The Place!!"
| Date of Stay: | July 2010 |
| I am from: | Sheffields, UK |
| Trip Style: | Leisure |
| Good Points: | Its clean, its comfortable and laidback, safe |
| Bad Points: | Shower and toilet are not separate; very basic rooms; no aircon in basic rooms |
The owner of this place is a very decent bloke Mr Jude Sodder; he has a chain of resorts all over Goa. I loved the place inspite of some inconveniences because it was simple, clean and safe. Three things that I need to make my stay comfortable.
I was a little off with the bathroom which was small and not separated from the toilet; but leaving that aside, all else was cool. The food is okay, though outside is cheaper and better. The market place is close by. I went to Mapusa - best day to go there is Friday and had fun.
The best beaches around are Baga, Calagute and Candolim and they are all within a few kms radius.
Worth the money spent. Loved the place for its leisure feel.

"Invaded By Russians!!"
| Date of Stay: | July 2010 |

| Good Points: | Clean, basic, honest , good food, comfortable rooms, karaoke bar is cool |
| Bad Points: | Rather basic, Russian tourists are terrible |
Stayed here the third time in 6 years, and that says I like the place. It is basic indeed, but the tariff is low – and for the money you get a good air conditioned room and clean bathroom. The service and staff are good, too.
We had the bad luck this time to visit when a huge group of Russian descended like locusts on the property. Both men and women were drunk most of the time creates a huge ruckus. One of them attacked my wife one night when she was returning from dinner with our boys. Disgusting to say the least. We had come for three weeks, but left after 4 days because of the Russian tourists.

"Simple and Sweet!!"
| Date of Stay: | May 2010 |

| Good Points: | Free shuttle to Baga beach, great staff, great tariff |
| Bad Points: | Pool is not totally exposed to the sun, which makes the water very cold; Russian tourists are terrible |
I loved the place, as it was basic and good. At the price you can expect nothing more. The place is well maintained, and rooms, bathrooms are very clean – which is its greatest points.
The free shuttle to Baga is also a good initiative. A taxi however would cost some 100 rupeis which is quite cheap. The upgraded rooms have TV and air conditioned. The regular rooms have only a ceiling fan, but it is okay in the winter.
It is a simple hotel – best for people like me who came to the hotel only to sleep; rarely I relaxed at the pool and had some food at their restaurant which is good. The restaurants outside are cheaper and better.
Would come again!
