"Friendly and Comfortable "

| Bad Points: | Damp rooms, cockroaches roam freely all over the premises, too much noise until 1 AM or so as the entertainment carries on and on |
We reserved this place as it showed best location and that it what we were looking for. We like it too. It has comfortable rooms and good facilities.
What we did not like was the infernal noise every night in the name of entertainment; we also disliked the creepy insects that seem to feel at home in this hotel (didn't have any at the room TG). If you love music and lots of noise, then get a poolview room. Be warned that you would not be able to sleep at least until 1.30 AM when the entertainment for the evening is wrapped up.
Pool is lovely and the staff real cool. We loved the food served here, though you will find the same things served at the beach shacks at cheaper rates.
Other then the noise and the cockroaches that creeped me out, this hotel is a good find.

Affordable place is not the only advantage; it is also clean and very comfortable. We had breakfast included and did not expect much, but the food was good, though repetitive.
I loved that the beds were changed every day and rooms were swabbed and swept daily. Cleanliness is big forte here.
Stayed for 5 days and fell in love with Goa and this hotel; we’ll be back for more soon.
