Comment:
Stayed with friends for a week and had plenty of fun here. The staff was always ready to comply to our wishes. The cleanliness and housekeeping seems to be an issue, but we overcome this by tipping the staff and asking them to clean daily.
Food is good and very reasonable in cost. The Christmas night could have been much better.
It was a pleasant stay – keeping in view the low tariff of the place.

Comment:
Chose the place for the budget cost, but did not bargain for the lack of maintenance. The rooms were cleaned every other day and bathrooms perhaps once a week. We had to keep asking for someone to clean the room.
The service was very poor, which is unusual in Goa where the staff are usually friendly and very helpful. You cannot get anything or anyone after 10 PM.
Food quality is good, but is also costly.
Overall an average fare; could be better but expected out of a budget hotel.
