The best thing about this place is its location as it is bang in the center of the activity in Calangute. I loved the rooms and food. This is my favorite retreat resort for the weekends. My friends too come here often.

We had an awful experience at this hotel. We had reserved an air conditioned room as we visited in May when the weather is hot. It was not working well and we complained about it the front desk. We were told after the maintenance person came, that it was working okay. I had to change rooms three tmes before I got an air conditioner that really worked.
It upset me to no end that the staff were sucking up to the foreign visitors and ignoring the Indian one; it was like you are catering to two categories of people.
Awful feeling; not recommended!

The hotel is located right in the middle of the happening places, which is good.
It would however require better housekeeping; we saw places that had about two cms dust accumulated. The suite we booked had aircon in only one room; the other had only a ceiling fan.
Food is so-so. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this is a good budget hotel.

: Everything about this hotel is superb – the rooms, staff, service, food and the pool and the location too. What I liked best though is that the staff treat you are family.
We have two children aged 3 and 6 and the hotel staff made all possible to see them comfortable; they even went and bought a new cot so they can sleep comfortably. Whenever we wanted boiled water for the kid’s formula, the staff delivered it without delay and never charged anything.
Will come back here definitely in the future; greatly recommended.
