The tariff is low.include north and south goa. From thivim railway station to hotel the taxi charges rs.450.The hotel rooms are spacious almost a flat with two balconies and dining space, hall, bedroom.,hot water for bath. The back side balconies are airy and you can view sunrise and sunset a scenic beauty from the balcony.A fridge given in your room to have cold water, which was a must in summer.Rooms are daily cleaned when you want them by telling them to be cleaned at the reception counter.the staff is friendly. The garden is green. There is a swimming pool. The place is pleasant and very nice, quite.the place was self sufficient. The dining hall restaurent has indian dishes , chapatis are good.and dishes are mild.
For going to calangute beach the rickshaw takes 50 to 70 rupees. Taxi is costlier Rs.100. You can go from the nearby busstop to mapusa friday market on friday.

"Low Budget But Great!!"
| Date of Stay: | September 2010 |
| I am from: | Mekonos, Greece |
| Trip Style: | Solo Traveler |
| Good Points: | Cheap yet inviting, huge rooms, beautiful swimming pool, about 1 km away from Calangut beach |
| Bad Points: | Staff could be more friendly, breakfast limited choice |
Made my reservations online and flew in to Maria Rosa Resort through Mumbai. Superb flight by Kingfisher and I am whisked off to this resort, which I found great value for money.
The “room” here is a personal suite with separate bedroom, spate living room and a small kitchen. I loved what I got instantly. I loved the swimming pool which looks like a fish. Was surprised to find staff unhelpful because my friends told me Goan people are friendly and helpful always.
The tariff was so low that nothing really bothered me about this hotel – such as ants on anything that you leave uncovered, and the non-cooperative staff.
I love the place, and I would come back because I made some great friends here and had a super duper time.

"Peaceful and comfortable resort"
| Date of Stay: | May 2010 |
| I am from: | Hyderabad, India |
| Trip Style: | Leisure |
| Good Points: | Rooms are clean, lot of trees on the property, big swimming pool, food was fantastic, buses ply just outside the hotel |
| Bad Points: | Too many rules; they have rules for food, for pool use, etc |
The property is superb with plenty of trees all over the place. There is peace and tranquility all around you in this hotel. You cannot but love from the moment you step in.
You have busses plying just outside the hotel and you could go anywhere in Goa at minimum cost. This is one of the best advantages of this resort.
The rooms is not exactly a room but a one bedroom flat. It has a dining space and a kitchen, which is just perfect for budget travelers. The pool is huge and clean. They do not allow people after 6 pm which is quite a let down. The food is also served by the watch. Complimentary breakfast is served only between 8.00 AM to 11.00 AM; lunch can be ordered from 12 noon to 2.30 PM.
Other than this, I found the place superb and just what I wanted. It was self-sufficient, cute and cozy. It made my holiday a memorable one.
