"Practical, Adequate and Comfortable"
| Date of Stay: | February 2010 |
| I am from: | Leichester, England |
| Trip Style: | Group of friends |
| Good Points: | Excellent value for money, the washrooms are clean though basic, comfortable |
| Bad Points: | Furniture is a little old, food is better and cheaper outside; breakfast is poor |
The people made me extremely at home. I travelled with my sister and two friends and had a lot of fun. The hotel is simple even basic but it is enough for the tariff it charges. Goa weather was fabulous – in February – and the beaches were fabulous. I have been earlier in North Goa and though it is lovely, I found very touristy. South Goa – especially Colva – is superb. We found so many breathtaking corners of natural beauty that stunned us. People are lovely; staff very friendly and the seafood is the best in the world.
We were a little upset with the breakfast which offered was only toast and tea. But we found a few lovely places on the beach and thought it was all for good.
Everything here was so good we promised we will come again!!

"I LOVE COLVA!!!"

| Good Points: | Location superb, service excellent, rates perfect. In the midst of beach restaurants, 300 m away from beach |
| Bad Points: | Menu is limited, towels and bed sheets not cleaned well |
I loved this place because it was close to the beach and the staff were superb. The food is not too great here as most of the things on the menu are not available. We discovered Johnny’s which is close by which gives lovely food for all meals and had only breakfast at La Ben. Also check out Kentuckee on the way to the beach.
Special thanks to Dinesh who seemed to be everywhere at the same time. All the staff were wonderful – but all I remember is Suraj, and Espay.
For all this the hostel is affordable and the place so beautiful that I will come back again as soon as I could.
