"Stay Away from this place!!!"
| Date of Stay: | February 2010 |
| I am from: | Sheffield, UK |
| Trip Style: | Leisure |
| Good Points: | Clean rooms, great tailor on premise, good pool |
| Bad Points: | Limited menu, drunk Russian guests creating nuisance |
Coming for the first time to India, nothing prepared me for what I found outside the airport and then the hotel. The rooms was cleaned in front of us twice at our request, but it still looked tired and shabby. The bathrooms were dirty.
The food we ordered all tasted the same – curry style. There were a huge Russian group whose male members were constantly drunk and screaming at one another. Such rudeness and terrible manners!
There are beggars wherever you go on the beach. There are packs of stray dogs roaming all over the place. Not had trouble with any, but just imagine is these dogs attack a human being. The beach shacks were recommended by my friends, but could not eat here for the horribly unhygienic conditions. We did have some superb meals at Nirvanas, The Mango Grove, and the Ric Bowl.
I would stay away from this place, if you want peace of mind and great holiday; because this would give you only the opposite.

"Disappointed and Sad"
| Date of Stay: | January 2010 |

| Good Points: | Clean place, good pool |
| Bad Points: | Food was terrible, felt cheated with the all inclusive menu |
I have been before to India, though not to Goa and was not surprised or shocked by the room standards. The hotel was clean and rooms okay. But it was the food which perturbed me a great deal.
I had breakfast only twice in the 10 days stay and on both occasions they did not have mushrooms which were on the menu however. They also did not have pizza and no other continental dish. All they could offer was Indian or Goan curry – which I like, but not on daily basis.
Since I do not drink alcohol, and my type food was not available I think the all inclusive package was a complete waste for me; not to mention the annoying thing to find you are hungry and there is nothing to eat.
The staff were very aloof which is a little odd for Goa, where people generally are super friendly. They started paying attention to you just about the time you leave so you will give them a tip.
I would not go back to this place. Defintiely a no.

"Okay Hotel!!"
| Date of Stay: | September 2010 |
| I am from: | Kolkata, India |
| Trip Style: | Romantic/Honeymoon |
| Good Points: | Large rooms, room service good |
| Bad Points: | Air conditioner does not work most of the time, about 2 kms away from beach |
Hoped that the hotel be closer to the beach. Anyway, loved the rooms which were large and very beautiful. Unfortunately, in the 4 days we stayed, 2 days the a/c malfunctioned.
We liked the service which was prompt and very friendly.
Overall an okay hotel. Would come again, if in vicinity
