Comment:
Booked online for a week and when we reached the places were totally horrified with the rooms offered. The rooms were obviously not cleaned, linen not changed and bathroom dirty and neglected.
We complained and to be fair to them, they offered us an upgrade, but the shock was such that we did not want to stay here any longer. The hotel refused to refund our money. Even so, we left and stayed at Palillons, which I feel is much much better.
