the location is excellent close to the beach . rooms are overly priced for no extra comfort place is noisy . No parking owned by the hotel so have to face the locals . the lady(woman ) owner is bad mouthed and always screaming at the staff.the parotha I think thats what they were were really good.
places around there are much cheaper than this one like Mary Residency or the indian kitchen and much much cleaner

One of the best properties of Goa Tourism Development Corporation. I loved the property, the ambiance and the staff. The food was an extra bonus as I did not expect it to be as good.
It close enough to the beach and also to plenty of places where you could shop happily. It felt good spending time at this place.

| Good Points: | Low tariff, clean rooms, close to the happening places like Mambo and Tittos, comfortable rooms |
| Bad Points: | Hygiene is poor at times, but that is expected in developing countries |
The place is comfortable and comes at very reasonable rates. The furniture is tired, but the rooms are clean and housekeeping is done daily. I understand that this property belongs to the Government which is why there is a gap in certain aspects such as staff uniforms, maintenance of the property, etc.
Food is okay, but we preferred to eat outside.
Very good for the tariff they charge.
