I was disappointed with this booking. I always book my stay online and rarely find something bad; this time I guess it happened. This place offers great location and great rooms. I felt that the hotel is a little shabby for lack of overall maintenance. But this could be because I visited during monsoons, when maintenance is at its lowest.
Food is good, but not what you would hope to see; each dish has a life and character of its own. Can’t complain much for their charge reasonably low. Staff are friendly which is common in Goa; a generous tip would ensure the room boy’s unending cooperation.
Felt more like a guest house to me – expected much more.

We had booked this hotel online and enjoyed our stay. It is close to the beach and market, which saved us a lot on taxi. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was included in the online hotel booking.
What we did not like was that the service was very slow. The hotel would need better maintenance and cleaning.
We stayed 5 days and we felt the property is superb for families – provided they improve the service and pay attention to the maintenance of the rooms and property better.
