How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number and itinerary number, so you can present them upon arrival to your booked hotel. We also send you a confirmation email with all your booking information.

Can I cancel or change my reservation through GoaBooking.com?
Yes, it’s easy. You can cancel or change your booking via our self-service tool. Please, Most of our properties are allowing free cancellation or change policy till very close to the actual reservation date, However, remember to check the hotel’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy. Room specific cancellation information is included beside the room type under the ‘Conditions’ column.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
A valid credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation with the hotel. However, you can make a booking using someone else’s card provided you have their permission.

Do I need to contact the hotel after completing the reservation?
No. Once the reservation has been completed it is registered instantly with the hotel. The hotel staff will be awaiting your arrival on your booking dates with the number of rooms and person mentioned in your reservation. Please print the confirmation email or the confirmation page displayed after the booking has been completed - your itinerary number will be mentioned on this page.
